The billing was so late for my visit that I had moved and it went to my old address. I never received the bill. I'm not even sure I had an appointment with them. I don't remember. So they've been sending bills to my old address & I'm sure they came back to them. I asked if they tried to call me. They said yes but there was no answer. But they did not leave a message so I could call back & remedy the situation. I had no idea I had an unpaid bill until I received notice I had a collections hit on my credit report. I paid the bill as soon as I knew about it but do not appreciate their feeble efforts to contact me. Very bad way to do business. I do not recommend this place of business.

This place needs to have better managing, once I got inside I felt the negative and frustrated atmosphere. People have been waiting for ever, was told that my X-ray was supposed to take 30 mins, has been 30 mins then staff tells me that it’s taking longer. Needs better training, this is my first time and only one review, I personally had a bad experience but my review doesn’t define the place. Hope anyone that visits doesn’t have to go through this.

This place is great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to double check that all doctors received what they needed and followed up with us with updates and confirmations. Would definitely come back for anthing related to medical imaging. Would recommend to friends and family.

Don’t go there between 3 & 4 pm for X-rays. Apparently you can’t just walk in or need an appointment like my doctor said. All the X-ray techs go to lunch at that time, and that’s not posted on their site. After driving 30 minutes to get here have to leave for another appointment. Have to come back later or see if my doctor will pull this order for someone else. Recommend everyone calling ahead to make sure the service you need is staffed and not at lunch!!!!’

Had no problem with the wait or ct scan. However i was told i had to pay 949.00 before getting scan done. Now 2 months later my insurance company finally fills claim and of course i should have only paid them 400.00. We will see what lengths i have to go thru now to get my money back. Dud i mention how much i hate dealing with all these crooked doctor offices. What happenned to the old dats where you got service and billed after the ckaim was done. This prepayong for an ungodly estimate is bullcrap.

Cece was my daughters x-ray tech. She is so sweet. My daughter looks forward to seeing Cece at every visit and even asks for her by name. She is very friendly and professional. We always have a pleasant experience with her and all of the AMI staff. I highly recommend AMI.

So I wanted to know if I have blood clots still and i asked the two technicians to ask the one higher than them to tell me if I still do. They told me he may or may not talk to me which it was ok with me. They go ask and they told me he would I'm waiting 40 min and they come back telling me he is not and to wait for my dr to contact me. You should of said that in the first place not make me wait. I'm hungry missed my lunch and wating from 9am to 5pm to eat and I'm pregnant. I have had to many appointments today and no time to eat and you just making it worse is not ok.

Compared to most imaging clinics, scheduling was fairly quick and easy. I had a scan here to prep for surgery and the duration was approx. 30 mins max. The staff was very informative. The wait wasn't as long either, possibly 10-15 mins if they're running behind but that's part of any medical industry. Results take 1-2 days, which is awesome! I definitely appreciate the fact that I can obtain my results and images (on a disc) for my personal record or to give to the physician of my choice if needed. --Recommended my mother here for her mammogram and she loves it! Thanks AMI!
