made an appointment to get a procedure done, got there at the time they requested. Waited an entire hour for them to tell me they needed to reschedule. Why didn’t they tell me this before I left my home I AM IN PAIN. Was not reimbursed. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.

Navigation took me to the Matlock center initially that had been closed for a few months. No issues I called over and the receptionist politely said not an issue just come on over and we will still do your ultrasound even though I ran a few minutes late. Dana, the ultrasound technician was very polite and ran through the procedure with me and what she would be doing and looking for. Great service, and great techs. I would recommend using this place if your insurance allows it.
