I gave them one star only because zero stars was not an option... I received a letter from United Paramount Tax Group telling me how much money they could save me if I let them represent me in my property tax dispute with Travis County. I accepted the offer and provided all of the documentation they requested. On the day of the appeal meeting at the Travis County office Ryan contacted me to tell me they did not have anyone in town to go to the meeting and that I needed to call and get it rescheduled -- which I did. I never heard from him again. Did they go to the next appeal meeting? What was the outcome??? I still do not know because I have reached out for status update and nobody from United Paramount Tax Group has contacted me back. This is disappointing because the appeal they were hired to represent me for was for a commercial property where the taxable value was being raised by Travis County from approximately 500,000 to over 1.5 million dollars...... I hired this company because I really needed the help! I recommend if you need to dispute your tax value and you are considering hiring a company to represent you -- DO NOT USE UNITED PARAMOUNT TAX GROUP. They are NOT reliable -- and by the time you figure this out -- it will be too late to do anything about it.

Very poor representation. Very poor communication. Took my files, returned in a mess. I recommend hiring a professional Tax Attorney. I did this with our 2nd Sales Tax Audit and it was a breeze no stress.

Scam, took alot of money from us RESULT they did nothing!!! Do not use these people, ended up hiring an educated well versed employee whom got us a great result. Again HUGE scam. We requested our money back never got a penny back SCAM_SCAM_SCAM!!!!!

I engaged UPTG to represent my company in 2015 when my tax valuation was increased more than 140%. Even after their egotiating efforts\, my property valuation was double my neighbors. Obviously they did not bother to look at the valuation rates at adjacent properties and this carelessness cost me thousands of dollars in unnecessary taxes, plus their fee. There was no recourse with the taxing authority. I remain very disappointed with their work and I will not be using them again.
