These people were extremely rude the entire time we were there. The only one who even acted like they cared was the nurse who saw us before the doctor came in. It was 50 minutes before we were even called back to a room. Then another 40 before the doctor came into the room to tell us he wanted to take xrays and then never came back into the room. After waiting 25 more minutes we went to the nurses station to figure out what was going on and were told he wanted to speak to us but then never came to the room. They weren't busy at all only one person was in the waiting room when we left.

I just love this place. The wait at times may take a while but is worth the wait. They take good care of my mother. I bring her here for anything she feels and they always have the answer. They know her pains, aches and needs. Is a mini hospital. The front staff are friendly and the nurses in the back are spectacular. They are all so nice and care about their patients.

I went in on a Saturday morning after having a severe allergic reaction to something. They were timely and knowledgeable. Total time from the time I arrived to when I left was less than two hours. The only thing that might have made the visit more pleasurable would be a more friendly person at the front. I called as I was on my way, and the lady on the phone sounded as if I was putting her out. It was the same in person. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Starting from the reception we felt being with caring people, polite and well mannered staff. Dr. gave us ample time and listened to all our health concerns, answered all our questions with required explanations. Thank you Urgent care of Texas.

Amazing service! I have done multiple tests here and they are quick, fast, and easy and they really know what they are doing! Masuda is amazing she really helps if you go make sure to ask for her! Great customer service I will for sure be back when needed!
