I have simple banking needs. They made a mistake and I had to pay for it. The bank manager Ashley said she would call me back and never did. I have been kind working with them for a month and it is still not resolved. I have tried several times to go in the bank and work it out but they are just rude to me. I have never written a bad review but they have treated me so poorly and have not followed through with anything they say they are going to do. It has been such a disappointment to deal with this bank.

US Bank prides themselves on being ethical yet they are being sued for the way they have unethically mishandled the PPP SBA loan program. I've been with them for 30 years and cant wait to pull all my accounts out of there for good. This Smokey Point branch has been mismanaged for several years. The management is super low level and unable to help their customers with anything other than a simple deposit or withdrawal. Stay away from this so called \ethical\ bank no matter what you do.

Waited 30 minutes for them to refill the ATM, then an elderly lady backed up into their van lol

Very disappointed with the US Bank in Stanwood off of 72nd. They choose to argue repeatedly on different occasions when asking them to please post transactions separately and not a shocker they screwed up and didn't do it! Their behavior and attitude was rude and disrespectful. I will choose to drive 30 miles to the next drive thru next time to not have to deal with their poor customer service.

Today I deposited rolled change via the drive thru. I split it into two loads as not to overwhelm the tube. When I realized that someone was helping me I let her know that I had a second load; she launched into a diatribe about her tube and the possibility of it breaking under the weight, which I obviously understood and said so. After it taking fifteen minutes to complete my transaction she says: remember, no change in my tube. I have never had such bad CUSTOMER service and been talked to in such a condescending manner. I had to leave before my mouth got the best of me. I will avoid this branch and am seriously considering closing my accounts; I've been a US Bank customer for over 10 years. TERRIBLE wait times and condescending tellers are not something that loyal customers should have to deal with.
