Can't reach the actual clinic when you call. They screw up the appointment times and when you call you get some call center that is about the most screwed up joke of a call center I have ever dealt with. If you want a good laugh at your expense call them. I don't know how a business can stay afloat operating like this!

This was the worse clinic I ever been. As soon as I walked in, I should have walked out. The office is unprofessional. I made a 11:30 am appointment, it was 3pm and still haven't seen the doctor. The receptionist are rude and the place is dirty. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Front office staff is incompetent. They marked my wife as no show in the system and charged 75 no show fee after they asked my wife to sit and wait to be called. My wife waited for 2 hours and when she got tired of waiting she asked the attendant and she was no longer in the system. They will also get people into the examination rooms and leave them waiting there for hours. Poor customer service.

The USA Vein Center is a waste of time. They are happy to schedule appointments over each other with no regard for the time it costs others. After hearing others complain about a 2 hours wait, I decided not to waste anymore than 1 hour. Be warned, you should only make an appointment here if you are ready to dedicate an entire day to it.

The Main doctor is great, but I can't say the same about the rest of the staff. Very unprofessional the clinic opens late, so if you have 9 am appointment you won't be seen at 9 am has to wait for the doors to open and for someone to show up and if they even show up on time because they open the doors past 9 am. The level of professionalism inside is unbelievable workers playing with each other while the patients wait and all these joking around in front of clients is very uncomfortable. Another thing I notice a lot of the younger medical assistant arguing with their clients I never saw this type of behaviors before. Believe it or not; it does happen here. I have seen the doctor noticing this type of action, but he doesn't do anything about it. If you have an appointment early, it doesn't matter there is a lot of favoritism going on here they would allow whoever they know first so pay attention to the order of people arrival because they might skip your turn and give to someone they know, but this only happens when they younger medical assistants are there because one either they are not paying attention, they are too busy flirting or playing around or they are too busy arguing with mad clients. Expect to wait three hours for the procedure, and it doesn't matter if you go there early or late.

This clinic is good not great on a MON. WAITING FOR A PROCEDURE YOU WILL WAIT FROM 3:30 till 8:30 TWICE A LADY WENT THERE FOR AN APPT. AFTER 4 AND TWICE SHE WAS THE LAST LADY TO GET OUT LEAVING AFTER 8:30 !! THE WAIT IS HORRIBLE IF YOU SCHEDULE AN AFTERNOON APPT. BUT IT’S a bit better if you schedule a morning appt. BY a few hrs. DR. BRODERICK ( the only dr. THAT WORKS AT THIS FACILITY) IS CARING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE and the staff though overworked are very nice bilingual and knowledgeable young ladies w/ one male nurse. ON SUN. YOU MAY SEE OVER 100 patients be seen. This CLINIC WOULD do so much better if they only decided to hire at least three more doctors but then again this space is very limited SO more than 2 DOCTORS WOULD BE TOO MANY.. PLEASE LET THEM KNOW IF YOU’VE waiting TOO LONG SO THAT YOU MAY GET JUSTICE!! MONDAY is the only day when procedures ARE DONE .
