The service department is so helpful and courteous. My advisor works with me to get me in and out efficiently and I always leave at ease. I highly recommend their sales staff and service department. My salesman and service contact both even reached out to tell me happy birthday, on my birthday. That's just a nice little touch to their service and care! Reached out for a warranty repair on defect paint. Dealership claimed the TSB did not apply due to difference in paint color (white vs. blue) and I would be out of pocket for the repair. Unacceptable for a garage kept car that is less than 5 years old to have paint pealing! Less than 50k miles and has rarely been driven in a year due to the pandemic

I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable I felt during my most recent car buying experience at Vandergriff Acura. I've had my share of rough experiences with dealers and this is almost certainly the gold standard to-date. Bought used 2019 Acura RDX. Competitive price points across all models (both new and used) - nothing hidden and sales process was not \pushy\. Ask for Matt Moore - he is personable and wont have you thinking about an exit strategy 15 minutes in (which I'm sure many can relate). Vandergriff Acura accommodated just about every request I had. Would definitely recommend you stop by if you find yourself shopping vehicles in Arlington.
