1.5hrs for oil change and quick check on a speaker. Told the person during checkout again about it. They told me I needed to do a new appointment for it. At the end they didn't even washed my car (they normally do at other Hyundai). Old lady at the checkout window was rude. I guess I'll expend an hour next time and drive up all the way to Carrollton.

Called to schedule a 60K mile checkup and to look at some issues with the turbocharger. When I arrived at my appointment, they told me they had scheduled me for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I told them they got their wires mixed up, they told me that in order to run a diagnostic for what I had made the appt. for, I would have to reschedule, and come back another day. So...they screwed up, and the customer deals with the consequences? No interest in making it right. They lost a customer right then and there.
