After a visit to this ER on Friday 5/29 - I received a survey via text on the experience. Tell me why I wrote this and got a response saying the survey was closed? What are U guys doing? Seriously? So here it is... because you’re not gonna ask for my opinion then tell me I can’t deliver it to the appropriate parties. Sorry VAHC but U asked for this. So here it is. On Google reviews for everyone to see. You should’ve just taken my review for yourself but apparently you could use some fine tuning on your technology as well as the sensitivity training I speak of... I would just like to point out that, on a regular day when someone is ill enough to land in the ER (let alone during a pandemic / dealing with something as serious as Covid-19) carrying a virus that has claimed so many lives - is beyond worrisome. I cannot even find words strong enough to describe the anxiety that this illness has presented. And that, is all aside from the physical ailment itself, by the way. My feedback here would be: sensitivity training is in order for the staff (medical professionals and security personnel alike)... unfortunately the experience with your staff was very unpleasant in this regard. Extremely taken a back by how your security staff performed / handled patients. And more so disappointed that the medical professionals showed ZERO empathy for the patients. My only good experience was with the young lady at the check in desk. Other than that - EVERYONE else needs some sensitivity training. It's crucial to your patients' recovery. Thank you, Rawiah Rizk
