These folk really tried, however, when it came down to it, the truck just stunk. It looked good, drove good.... til it left the lot. The 4x4, which worked when I test drove, not since, found out when I needed it. The heat worked when I test drove, but not when I needed it (500.00 later, it worked). I had it back to the dealership 5 times. Now, I have to take it to a Nissan dealership to get the 4x4 working. Let’s check out the extended drivetrain warranty, now. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Everyone is so friendly. At least until you have the car anyways. The lot manager didn't want to sell me the car I had because it already had too many miles but told me that he would work with me after about 6 months so I can get into a car that I actually liked. 6 months later and he acted like he never said it. Its been over a year and I got into an accident. Carolina was extremely helpful to get my car towed to their lot to LOOK at it. Took a week to even tow it because they were too \busy\. Several weeks later and they're done with the car. I never told then to go ahead and work on it. They never said anything about my car. I was still waiting for them to just look at it. Now they want the late months and the work they did (without approval or even me being aware of it). I was walking over 2 hours just to get to work but had to stop since Im doing chemo and it was too much. I haven't been able to work in a month. And they're aware of it but obviously it doesn't affect them since they already have the car. But for me? Now I have to beg for money since I have no job. Horrible communication and service that way.

Great customer service from the jump. I don't remember anyones names because we were in and out so fast. I searched for months for a vehicle and all the others dealerships I spoke with were over priced or I would have to pry details out of them only for them to turn around and tell me they already sold the vehicle. At Wolko the first call I made all my questions were answered before I asked with no problems or hesitation and the 3 hour drive home in my new car was amazing.

Daisy made it super easy and fast to get into a car if my choice. I just brought it my down payment and paystubs and drove off with my new 2016 Hyundai Elantra!
