Underrated gym! Wonderful equipment and they enforce a face mask which leaves you feeling safe while working out. Clean and has multiple dumbbells per weight. Not usually too busy either!

Xsports allows people coming to the gym with no masks despite what their sign says. This guy sneezed loudly with wide open mouth towards someone. The complaint made to the employees directly. They told him, but allowed him to keep going. He later harassed, aggressively approached to the same customer with no mask, physically assaulted him for complaining, in front of the employees, the management. He was asked to leave, he didn't. The police came for the assault, report filed for court, the guy had fled by then. The employees were nice, but passive. They distanced themselves, didn't take proper actions, didn't follow rules as often. XSports doesn't care about the safety, security of employees, customers.

It's a great location and maintained satisfactory. 2hr garage parking is great.

If you are on a budget, this is an excellent gym that does the job each day for 10/month. Great facilities and friendly staff but inadequate use of small space. recommend having another row of treadmills in place of the second row (that is largely unused for years) closest to south direction. There are only 4 active treadmills that are constantly used each day and one of them produces a high pitched noise that pierced the ambiance. As well as replacing another less used machine for another squat rack. 60% of the machines inside go unused for years. Another trend in gyms is the loud music/noise even though 70-90% of people listen to their own music. This inhibits rests/relaxation of muscles in between sets

in 2020, they closed Xsport Columbia pike location in March, but they have charged for membership fee. They re opened in July but not notified members tru email nor text message. Their respond was \how are we gonna notify thousands of members\. This is their business model.
