From quote stage through to installation completion, the level of service was excellent. We asked for, and received, options for boilers and services available which helped us a great deal. The installers were professional and maintained a good working environment so we were able to carry on 'living' (both worked in a COVID safe manner at all times). Overall I'd be very happy to use Arlow again, and have planned to do so for a future heating job.

After moving in and discovering our boiler was very old and rather temperamental we decided to get it replaced. 4 quotes later we went with Arlow Plumbing and Heating, not just based on price, but also the clear knowledge shown and time spent during the quote visit. The installation was painless, and really professionally done by courteous, polite engineers who clearly knew what they were doing. Big thanks to Arlow, I now have a modern, working boiler and the radiators are hot.

Excellent dealings. Have and will recommend! Booking of my boiler servicing was straightforward by email, and once confirmed a system email confirming added to the calendar was received. Appropriately timed reminder received a day or so prior with no excess spam emails before or since. The engineer turned up on time, was personable and efficient, and didn't seem bothered by questions from me or my inquisitive children. It always inspires.confidence when someone feels able to answer questions rather than just perform a function. To me, it shows experience rather than an ability to perform a specific job. Post service communication has also been good, clear and professional. Happy to have recommended and will again.
