Truly awful experience with KIT. I placed an order with them 3 and a half months in advance of an event we had and they failed to deliver the sportswear. I only got updates on the order when I pressed for information from both their MD and Sales team. They subsequently stated they shouldn't have taken the order on however they only told us this when it was too late to get teamwear for our event. To date I have requested a refund and have heard nothing from them. I will avoid this company again as they have provided only lies and excuses and let down 20 people who were looking forward to corporate sportswear.
