Ignorant staff and owner. I made a complaint and was again called back solely to be abused down the phone, not the apology I was expecting after their negligence. Oil Direct Dromore do not value their customers or your honest review so that they can develop their business into a better service. Shop around!! as an oil company in lisburn will 9/10 deliver to you sooner and be pleasant in doing so...without the attitude!!
