I paid a 1,000 CORE charge for a transmission. It's been 4 months since I returned my old transmission and I still haven't been refunded. I have left over a dozen emails, voicemails and texts. None of which have been returned. When I get through to the shop I am given a quick line and lied to. Worst service of my life and I've spent over 60,000 on aftermarket deisel parts in the last 15 years.
