Worst McDonald's drive thru ever! Every time I go here I ALWAYS have to wait in the extra spots for an extremely long period of time seeing as there are NO other people in sight... Aside from waiting for next to eternity, they forgot to give me the large size fries and drink that they didn't forget to charge me for. When I FINALLY got the order there wasn't even an attempt an apology for the wait. Then when I got home, the large size fries... WAS HALF EMPTY!!! The regular sized fries with the other orders had more fries in them for crying out loud!! Moral of the story, if you're going here because you have no choice, make sure you have loads of time and check your orders before you leave!
The food was hot. But we must have caught them during a rush as it took a long time for our food. Eventually a guy who looked like a manager came over and made sure we had everything by getting it himself. Very nice and very professional.
Again they forgot my sweet n sour sauce for my nuggets so the next time this happens I will no longer go to this location. I see other people complaining about the same thing. Every order something is missed. How hard is it to double check the orders. Next time they forget something in my order will be my last time there. A&W will get my business after that.
Open late even on Sundays. Great for grabbing a quick bite if you're out of food options for Sunday.
