For the first time in my life I have a mechanic that I trust. My last mechanic used to find 100 different ways to charge me shop fees and not call me before making expensive repairs that I didn't need, but Mike writes his invoices in highly digestible terms (very convenient if you were selling and wanted a full service to show your buyers), does thorough, intuitive work, the focus on preventative care and maintenance was not something I imagined finding outside of my veterinary office. He is very friendly, easy to book with, and priced humbly.
