The workman ship and service here are very good, I won't trust anyone else for my alignments either. Finally a place where I get good service a job done wright and a straight steering wheel . Thanks for you for everything one stop .
I dropped off my right hand drive import vehicle to get a wheel alignment after the bushings had been replaced. Bernd was kind enough to do a free inspection prior to let me know which parts need to be replaced to do a wheel alignment(therfor the one star). I drove out to Armstrong from Vernon and was prepared to wait till the job was done. The model of my van didn't show up his computer, a common problem since it's an import. At this point the van was already upon the hoist and I told Bernd that I am calling the dealership where I bought the van from. 5min later I came back into the office to give him the specifications. He said that the van was already off the hoist and on his way out. ..quite surprised I told him that I have the specs right here, but his response was that it would take too long to put it on the hoist again! ....that was the end off that, job not done,vehicle off the hoist and parked outside. I give him one star for free diagnosis, zero stars for communication skills, patience, customer care and flexibility! !!
