Opening hours are a joke. Any working person who wants to post something has half a day on Saturday to do it. Pathetic.

Parcel Force sent a package here when we were not in to collect it. There were 3 packages in the same order and we were only given one. Unfortunately it was my husband who picked it up and didn’t realise. Sadly we went on holiday and are now unable to get the remaining 2 parcels in time

I have just phoned this post office 56 times and no one answered... I took 5 parcels in this morning and checking proof of posting on the bus on my way to work I discover only 4 have a postage ticket so wanted to allert staff about this but no answer over a 45 min period... so now I have to go into work and what happens to the fifth package!! Not happy

Tried to call them for 20 minuets continuesly to enquire about something and they never picked up. Staff must be ignorant or deaf! Also, been turned away from using services on numerous occasions because they were doing audit. In my opinion, audits should be done at either less busier periods of time or after hours. Not during peak hours.

Great post office they also sell drinks, ice cream and newspapers, staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
