My experience was marvelous. I got some medication and I forgot on the counter. It was very precious medication for me. After I realized reaching Dubai so I called pharmacy. Mr sulaiman was the person I talk to , a excellent person who went above and beyond. He reassured me that he has it, he will keep it until I find someone to pick it up. Luckily I had a colleague coming next day, who picked up and I have the medication with me. I believe I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service by pharmacy particularly mr Sulieman. I will recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I rate this 10/10 on customer care.

At Istanbul New Airport, the Pharmacy (Eczane) is located on arrival level on the right hand side when you walk out of international sector. NO PHARMACY in Intl. sector. 21.01.2020 - I was on return flight from IST, so i can confirm they is a Pharmacy also on checking level facing the Security you walk left side and pass on front Fast track access, the pharmacy is located just after.

What pharmacy??? They claim there is pharmacy, but it is in arrival, outside of transit zone.... so if you have some time to tra sit, you cant access any medicine

Just last month (Oct. 2019) on a departure flight back to UK, I urgently needed painkillers and hoped to find simple over the counter meds. just like Boots or Superdrug in UK. Turkish Airlines check-in desk claimed there was one on the far side of security and passport control, so I hurried past the point of no return but when I enquired at the information desk, they offered to ring for a pharmacist for me ( at a fee!) . Was not directed to any of the outlets shown in other poster's photos. Where are they? What zone? Eventually obtained relief from a kindly fellow traveller, but feel very let down by lack of information at this new all-singing, all-dancing flight complex. Too complex for me !

The new airport in Istanbul looks like a huge mall: shops and places to eat everywhere. No free wifi or pharmacy inside the airport. The staff does not speak very well English so you don t always get all the information you need.
