Thieves and do anything to not refund insurance..i dont recommend #update: they are claiming that it was an accident but the policeman said it's not..and senan an employee was keep telling us you will not catch thyoure flight ( to push us to not wait for the police). By the way the same employee was laughing with his colleagues and saying" i won the battle again, i did it again, he will pay the money" in Turkish language and he didn't know that i speak Turkish..when i face him with what he said he couldn't reply!!! We are not those who slander.

Absolutely terrible service. The employees are rude and dismissive, and the service itself is terrible. Don't rent a car at this place.
