I hired Arnette Irrigation and Landscaping to install a irrigation system along with a patio, fire pit, and do some additional landscaping, trees, plants, and bush beds. I admit this was going to be a challenge because our yard is on an incline. However, Troy said it was not going to be an issue. Our first impression was really good and we were impressed with Troy's Knowledge and recommendations. However, as the 2-3 week job turned into months with very little progress. We had to continue to call Troy requesting him to finish the job. This work began in March 2019. Arnette Landscaping has been paid in full according to contract and, to date, this job is still not complete! We have had trees to die, (warranty) which he did not return to replace! Trenches have formed all over our yard where the irrigation system was installed! (warranty) he did not return to repair! Patio they installed is beautiful but, has a couple of places washing out and sinking (warranty) not repaired! I have had to replace the dead trees myself at my expense and, it seems I will be repairing the rest of his work myself. Arnette's is aware of the repair needs and to date has made no effort to contact me to make any repairs. I am not satisfied with this job. It was never completed properly and Arnette's has made no effort to enforced it's warranty policy.

I hired Troy with Arnette Irrigation & Landscaping to install an irrigation system at my home. Troy was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about what products would work best for my yard. He also took time to explain what maintenance are needed for my products. I would highly recommend Troy to my family, friends and neighbors.
