I bought a bike frameset via Jasper as Genesis dealer. The frame had a small damage but he kindly helped to solve this problem by contacting the producer and arranging a new delivery. They love bicycles and the put passion in their work. I personally recommend Cyclenation!
Jasper was helping me with a broken spoke even when he had his shop closed on Monday... we are on a road trip for 300km and really appreciated his extra effort to help us with the damaged wheel. Jasper you are really a cool guy. Thanks a lot!!!!
