We only had a quick lunch so this is just the first impression. We ordered a plate with different warm snacks and it was good, different than other places which is a plus. Good white wine also and staff was friendly and helpful. The building and interior itself is impressive. We have to come back few more times to make a rounded review but for now, De Staat seems like a good addition to the growing restaurant/cafe scene in Arnhem.

Fabulous bar and restaurant. Very beautiful interior design and cool music create a very pleasant atmosphere for afternoon drinks and/or dinner!
