My experience with Domica Arnhem was great to say the least! The time between searching for a new home, and actually finding the perfect place happened in mere weeks. The costumer service at Domica Arnhem really brings it to another level, the whole time, I felt like I was being listened to with patience and care.

I signed up with Domica because i have found a room i really liked on their website, after paying the registrations fees i was invited to see the room, after that i went to the office to tell them that i liked it and that i would like to rent it they said that they would send me a some documents that i need to fill and that i will receive it in a few days, i waited for their email but i haven't got any i checked their website to check if the room was still available and it wasn't, it felt like a ripoff, i'm very upset with their customer service tried sending them emails but they wouldn't respond. I am totally not pleased with the outcome of my registration. I wouldn't recommend it.

I payed 40 euros so that they could tell me that there is only an apartment available immediately for me. Immediately means RIGHT NOW!!! So, I visited it and I wanted it. But I received an information about it only 10 days later. They told me to pay 75 euros without an invoice. I do not know for what they needed the money, because the ladies there did not know to tell me.
My experience with Domica's service is more than satisfactory. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Being an expat, we had no language barrier. Their document submission system is professional, and all requirements from the client is clear. They responded on my urgency very quickly and accordingly. I highly recommend Domica Arnhem .
