Called several times to make an appointment but either no one pick up or half talk then hang up. Then I bring all registration paper drive to there due to emergency, reception send me away due to no copy of insurance card although normally house doctor should give me the form and copy my insurance card. Feel like they don't care about my emergency.

Very bad service. Old sick people should wait outside under the rain for their appointments, when inside there are at least 7 places in the waiting room, even with corona restrictions. And it is happening every day. After 4 month doctor still can not remember that I am pregnant, asking the same questions every time, and doing nothing. The results of the test showing the deviation from the norm, but they are reading it only in one week and not calling me or sending email about it. I can not see results online, they are not givig them to me as well. Huisart saying that gynecologist should know what to do, gynecologist saying that huisarts should know. And both do nothing, meanwhile I have pain for month.

Blijf aub weg van deze praktijk!! Zeer onprofessionele lui! Ze maken slordige fouten en laten cliënten opdraaien voor de kosten. Ook sta je een half uur in de wacht voordat je iemand aan de lijn krijgt. Laten patiënten ook 45 min buiten wachten in de kou terwijl ze een afspraak hebben. Schandalig!

mijn god zeg. Toen mevrouw vreeling er nog was was het er echt super. Nu 1 en al ellende. Wij zaten er ruim 15 jaar. Nu gaan we toch echt weg om dat het zo erg achter uit is gegaan. Helaas
