After a long journey of studies, several jobs and living in Italy, the right time to think more explicit about entrepreneurship arrived. Since 2018 detailed plans are conducted to understand the opportunities for an recruitment startup in a professional way. In April 2019 Madou Bochem decided, in cooperation with the HAN University to participate in the project Gelderland Valoriseert. The voucher was granted after pitching the innovative plan for an international recruitment agency. Six months later the start of ITcareersholland was a fact.
