Dit hebben we afgekort naar OHRA. Nu zeggen we alleen nog OHRA. Met ruim 300 collega’s regelen we voor meer dan 80000 mensen hun verzekeringen. En via OHRA Bank bieden we verschillende bankproducten. Met duidelijke taal, begrijpelijke producten en snelle service kun je bij ons zelf je verzekerings- en bankzaken regelen. Bijvoorbeeld via Mijn OHRA of onze gratis apps. Heb je toch onze hulp nodig? Dan staan we via internet, social media of telefoon voor je klaar. Direct geregeld, daar houden wij van.

Like many of you have already read that this company is a scam. I would like to reiterate that and confirm. Ohra is a joke. I recommend you do not waste your money with this company.

Very inhuman company, they only care about money, they refuse to insure dogs and cats above 7 years old, discouraging people to adopt elderly shelter animals, the insurance also doesn't cover anything, i had insured my 5 year old dog here and i ended up paying most of the costs, they literally pay nothing, defenatly not recommended.

Absolute scam! Do not purchase this insurance. They wouldn't even cover my drone that was stolen with a police report and proof. Absolute joke.

Worst insurance company ever. I made my cat’s health insurance from this company, and there was 3 options: basic, premium, fancy one (don’t remember the exact names but you get the idea). And I chose the premium one. They didn’t even pay for the VACCINES, let alone vet control, even in emergency situations. When I asked what exactly the insurance cover, the customer service couldn’t answer my question. I couldn’t cancel the policy, so I paid for nothing for a year. Also, although I wanted to arrange the cancellation before the year was over, the customer service was no help in that as well. Do not trust them!

Wish I could give them zero stars. I haven had any issues with pet insurance companies in 2 other counties until I signed up to OHRA in NL. Terrible company who does everything it can to weasel out of paying a claim. How hard is it just to pay the claim and increase my monthly payments?! They act like every customer is out to scam them. I will be changing insurance to a company who actually values me as a customer.
