Last time I wanted to send a small toy, the staff helped me for measure and pricing. But finally I changed my mind because it could not get through the mailbox. She just said \maak niet uit\ nicely. I saw her helped the previous customer in patient too.
Not friendly. If you come in with children, don't expect them to smile to you nor your children. Children are being children, they're gonna touch the magazines with Lego or toys in it..makes sense and eventually the parents would buy one for their children, no? You're gonna sense that it bothers them very much. Not my first experience, unfortunately.
