I ordered the sparerib combo for 2 which comes with 3 sides. One side was what I thought should be a jacket potato with sour cream. But it was literally just a baked potato with garlic butter on the side. Besides the plain baked potato, all the other food was delish! I would order from here again.
Decent portions, pretty expensive for the price. Rib is not really marinated in any way, cooked in a generic way then get slapped with sauce on top. Usually too soft that it breaks in your hands or with burnt bark edges.
The food was horrible my ribs was salty, the corn was over cook tell it had no taste. And the scalped potato was dry. It was a waste of 31,95. The food wasn't fresh.
I've been waiting for two hour after I made an order with Roos via phone call. I tried calling back but their expensive recoding machine told me they are closed. I usually order here and its great but this is straight up TERRIBLE customer service. UPDATE: I called today to complain to the manager Arjan and he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence
