Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable lady runs the shop. You find a rather large selection of hand knitted products for sale that are a bargain considering the work that went into them. The site itself is a bit on the messy side and I was disappointed by the yarn selection which to me is rather outdated and low quality as in a ton of acrylic or lower grade Arn which can also be found at discount stores. I'd expected more of a specialty yarn store.
