Booked my car in for a service today and couldn't ask for anything more from the staff very polite and escorted me to the waiting room and kept me updated on my car, very much appreciated
Absolutely discusting! Today.. Guy behind service desk extremely rude to me & to another customer that was before me, i have NEVER been so appalled by his attitude towards customers. His language was vulgar! I would NEVER recommend to anyone! Had me in tears! He should be sacked as this is NOT the job for him. I'd rather go to Carlisle at least they are polite, understanding & extremely helpful. If you have a problem with your car please ppl if you want to be happy travel a little further & go to Carlisle. We have contacted head office.
