I am not sure what the other review is talking about. Bethany was incredibly responsive. Bethany was a wonderful birth doula. She helped my husband and I so much in preparation for my daughter's birth. When the time came for me to have my baby, she was there by my side the entire time. I highly recommend her as a birth doula!

Scheduled a phone consultation. Received a text message 15 minutes late stating she was at a barbeque and would call in another 15 minutes. Since I would not be available at that time, we rescheduled. The day of our next scheduled call, I waited 2 1/2 hours...no call. I texted and she said she had a \family emergency\. She didn't have the decency to call or text and was very unapologetic. I will be going with another service because if this is how they operate their business at the consultation stage, how will they operate when it's even more critical? Doulas are expensive and should be expected to be professional, prompt and dependable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very dissatisfied!
