This is the best place to come because Marilyn knows everything there is know about vehicle licensing. It is always busy but well worth the wait. Friendly and helpful.
Good service. Sometimes longer wait times then preferred. Would be nice if it was open later than 5 everyday instead of just Thursdays as most ppl work until 5
This is very busy office. However, Marilyn has always been courteous and willing to share her knowledge and expertise whether in person or on the phone.
Is it sad that I honestly dread coming here to get anything done? But judging by some of the other reviews it seems as though a few people agree with me. God forbid the staff here have to answer a couple of questions or deliver any sort of customer service. I dont think I have ever even got a smile. Staff are ultimately unhelpful and cold, plus the same goes for their renowned high fail rate driving test examiners. You are better off just going to Ottawa or Renfrew.
