I called to ask if they have a USB ethernet adapter , when they girl didn't know what that was she got frustrated and asked \OK what are you trying to do?\ Not that that mattered at all I said I'm trying to connect my ethernet cable to my laptop with an USB adapter to which she replied \that's too specific\ and hung up. Maybe hire someone with just a smidge of knowledge about the products you carry in the future.
