when i suffered my brain injury 4 years ago they were marvelous. however, the treatment by the staff in the specialist part of the hospital in reception was disgusting. The woman on the desk had a face like a slapped backside and called down the male 'controller' of reception to throw me out because of my ASSISTANCE DOG !!! he refused to even look at my dogs legal papers or identity badge... this was in front of a lot of other people and caused me to have a panic attack and a melt down. I have since spoken to social services and ayudate Paciente and they are investigating that my dog is not allowed access. this is in breach of the EU Equal Opportunities Act. I now have 2 more appointments with specials I cannot attend because they will not allow my registered dog access. When I asked about guide dogs they said they would make them stay at the door and guide the blind person inside... IDIOTS !!!!! this is disgusting treatment and my only option if this dreadful decision is not overturned is to go to court. READ THE LAW ASIISTANCE DOGS and GUIDE DOGS ARE PERMITTED ACCESS TO ALL AREAS EXCEPT OPERATING ROOMS (sterile Invironments) AND RESTAURANT KITCHENS.... Despite my protests I am still waiting for the hospital to recognize their mistake and allow me and my Assistance Dog access. My doctor states it is my RIGHT that he is with me, I ask with urgency that the hospital finds a solution and stops penalizing me for my mental condition.

What a terrible experince. They treated my grandmothers broken arm after she fall and throw her out of the hospital even though she suffered big pain. She complained about her pain in the hip and they were not able to dignose her broken pelvis. Due to the pain she had a heart attack afterwards. Luckily we went after that to the Hospiten-Hospital and they gave her a proper treatment.

If you have an accident while in Lanzerote and your medical insurance company direct you to here DO NOT GO. I was not allowed to go through with my daughter (who was with my husband) who is 4 and was terrified after smashing her teeth on holiday, they did not check her vitals, give her pain relief, and we were informed to go to a different hospital in the morning and discharged while she was still bleeding and without 100% confirmation she had no jaw fracture - total nightmare avoid this hospital at all costs

No es normal que te tengan esperando durante 12 horas por un dolor abdominal y aún encima de tenerte esperando mientras están de charleta jiji jaja son unos mal hablados. muy poco que desear de aquí. Pd:aquí cualquier tontería y te mueres esperando.

Después de estar 5 horas en urgencias, 3 pruebas de orina, una de sangre, una ecografía y una radiografía, me dijeron que a lo mejor tenía una piedra en el riñón pero que no sabían, y que tenía 39 de fiebre por casualidad. Ese fue el gran diagnóstico. No me quisieron dar la baja porque según la médico no podia hacerla, que fuera a mi médico de cabecera (desde junio de 2015, los médicos de urgencias pueden hacerla). El caso es q mi médico de cabecera no tiene cita hasta dentro de 5 días. Por otra parte, las dos médicos que habían eran terribles, muy desagradables, y con un torrente de voz que atendiendo a otros pacientes se escuchaban hasta en la sala de espera. En resumen, si la intención era q no volviera a urgencias de ese hospital, misión cumplida ;)

Nooit naar toe gaan het is geen veilig ziekenhuis je word als een hond behandelt ik ben er naar toe gegaan met buik klachten en ik ben geen eene meter verder gekomen en engels spreken ze ook niet gewoon een DRAMA NIET GAAN ze verdienden 0 sterren

3 horas esperando y me he ido sin que me atendieran ya que me “colaban” gente y aún habiendo llegado de las primeras, tenia 11 personas por delante. Iban a dos personas por hora, literal. Me picaba la garganta y no paraba de toser, pedí agua, aunque fuera una máquina de vending para poder comprarla y me dijeron que no podía beber agua. Me he ido a otro hospital porque me estaba poniendo peor alli. He salido peor de lo que estaba después de 3 horas esperando para nada.
