I Brought in 2 X Rolex Tudor watches And was told that they were counterfit. They did not remove the back of the watches to see the workins inside or remove the strap to verify serial numbers. The watches were real. I have the guarantees and paperwork to prove this. I found them very ignorant and unprofessional. Both watches have been certified by two independent jewelry experts and both watches are genuine with the serial numbers engraved. It seemed to me they just wanted somthing for nothing. I would avoid this shop completely if you want a fair price for your jewellery. They clearly dont know the business. Terrible. 11TH September 2020...
