Furchtbar. Unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Wir wollten nur die Bankdaten ändern. Weigern sich Englisch zu sprechen. Drehen einfach Schild um, man solle einen Dolmetscher mitbringen und beachten uns danach nicht mehr. Grenzt schon an Ausländerfeindlichkeit. Awfull experience. Unfriendly and absolutely uncooperative when you are not spanish. I guess a huge percentage of the Lanzarote customers are british, irish or german. So why not hiring employees who can speak at least a little english???
