Woman on the line does not speak English and does not even try to help, simply hangs up on you. On an island where tourism is this important, unacceptable.
The first time I called I was told that a taxi was arriving in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I called again because no one had arrived and a really rude woman answered and hang up the phone. No taxi ever arrived.
Muy mala atención telefónica.
Un poquito de amabilidad y educación hace falta al teléfono! Ni hola, ni buenos días, ni lo que tarda el taxi, ni si le enviamos un taxi! Parece que les debe alguien dinero! Cooperativa de taxis!! Pónganse las pilas y contraten un servicio de teléfono como dios manda! En el siglo XXI esta actitud en un negocio deja mucho que desear!

1. No se puede reservar taxi. Una condición absurda. 2. Llamar 15 minutos antes para que esté a la hora exacta y tener que volver a llamar 5 minutos antes porque no se puede \hacer reserva\... 3. Atención con valoración mínima. Líneas generales, mal servicio.
Dónde están los taxis adaptados de Arrecife? Por qué hay momentos que no está operativo ninguno? Qué hacemos si necesitamos un servicio urgente? Hoy una hora esperando con un señor mayor en la calle y al final no vino nadie. Los de Arrecife fuera de servicio y San bartolomé no respondió porque es voluntario. La telefonista de hoy muy amable. Pero hay una señorita que es de vergüenza como nos trata.
