I’ve been living here for 2 weeks and it’s great! Love the location of the property and the layout of the unit. The maintenance staff responds to work orders quickly. Erik and Jasmine in the office are friendly and helpful. I am very happy to be living here!

Well Arrive @ Buckhead has been a Great Place for me to live. I can't blame them for Mother Nature asking me to stop rushing to work with a tree on my truck. They handled the situation quickly and correctly. Maintenance has always been on point had an electrical issues on the weekend came right out and took care off it. The Management Team has always been professional when I call or go to office. I wish other Tenants would be more understanding that you can't blame Management for others lack of respect to the gate situation. Arrive @ Buckhead Great place to live. BMW1

Just don’t move here! Leasing office is not here for the customer. If you do get EVERYTHING they say in writing ,take screenshots, make copies. They try to use the “it’s the system not us”whenever there’s an issues. Stephanie in the office is not pleasant to deal with and has poor customer service from what I’ve dealt with. Maintenance has always been nice though and that’s the only reason for the 2 stars!
