I first found this place 5 years ago and love going back. Great place for all your engineering needs. If they have got it in stock they will do their absolute best to get it for you. It's the only place in the area I can still get imperial size nuts, bolts, taps, die nuts, spanners etc. Staff really friendly and polite. Would highly recommend a visit

Cannot believe all these 5 star revues. Have used this place irregularly for years but never felt valued as a customer. Today was no exception ,i must have have been invisible even after saying good morning on entry.Walked out without a word being uttered to me. Have spoken to other customers who endorse the fact that they are all ignorant. Far better service at Charles Watts. Will not use again or endorse them. Maurice tweed . 16/03/20
