During a project in River Forest Illinois on Thatcher Avenue a pot hole caused by their crew caused 300.00 damage to my wife's car. They, and their insurance company Bitco, would not pay for the damages saying they were not responsible. All documentation,including photos,was ignored. I believe that the BBB has contacted them about showing their logo and accreditation on Arrow's website without the BBB approval. Sounds like a fine company-not!
