Great gym with diverse classes and the instructors are very nice and motivating.
A gym that makes anyone of any size, speed or strength feel comfortable. Great facilities and lovely staff who are always on hand to help.

Do not go to this gym they will scam you for money and the hygiene in the gym and showers or any classes is appalling The staff will give you uncomfortable looks and stares.
Overall it's one of the better all round gyms in Redditch, could just do with some more money being spent on maintenance. My wife says that some of the showers in the ladies have been out of service for over a year now!
Great gym and friendly staff and members. Need some attention in spin area as bikes are not brilliant.
