After dealing with Tom and his son for carpet installation this week, I can say the 1 star reviews must be fakes or from competitors. Tom is nothing but the most kind and helpful guy. Customer service was top notch! We went to the showroom with our paint sample/tile in hand on Saturday and found the carpet we thought we wanted. He had it in stock but asked us if we wanted to check out other samples. He showed us another sample in the same product line but a couple shades lighter. It matched even better and was in stock too. Tom was able to come out the next business day to measure and his son was out two days later for the install. Can't be happier with that level of service! Very happy with our purchase. We will be back when it's time to tile our kitchen back-splash.
