Utensils not cleaned before they got used on me.. then the same utensils got used on a lady’s pedicure.. not cleaned. Both workers who worked on my nails did not wash their hands before coming back to work on my nails 4 times.. no gloves.. no cleansing spray bottles present. I got an acrylic fill with gel polish, asked for more of a “curve” in the middle of my nails and they said that was impossible.. hmm.. I told them I would pay extra for the curve and they said “with a fill, we only touch the re growth..” my nails are flat. Process was very rushed, my cuticles are cut up and still stinging because of the alcohol swab. No base coat was put on before the gel, I’m expecting this gel to start peeling by morning. Not happy

I have been coming here for years, since they were located in the mall and have since relocated to the outside of the mall. All the nail techs are great but my go to is “ME”!!! She is always booked so I recommend calling ahead. She is worth the wait and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Her manis and pedis are as close to perfect as you can get. She is such a perfectionist that she goes above and beyond to ensure I’m happy every time. I get gel on my toes and hands and they both last at least a month, never any bubbles, mistakes, or imperfections. BTW... the color is Pink Nude by Orly but I bring my own.

I have been going here for a little over three years now for my gel manicures and pedicures. I always make sure to book Kim for my appointments. She does an amazing job coming up with unique designs for my nails when I want something fun and does the classic stuff well. The salon is clean and they always seem to be able to accommodate walk-ins as well. The gel pedicure last for over a month and my manicures last a little over three weeks. Everyone here does great work but again I am partial to Kim.
