ARS service performed a great, expedient service for our household. Technician Rob showed up on time, was professional and tidy, performed his work swiftly and was able to rectify the issue without wasting time or extra resources. Rob was able to explain the problem and offered advice on how to avoid it in the future. Rob also provided assurance while mentioning ARS one year labor guarantee for service performed. ARS ROOTER has some great plumbers who serviced my mom.new install a week ago. (Mr..Mitchum, John and Johnathan) Sadly it took 3 plumbers to come out to.put it in. Due to NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS by ARS Rooter. They said they are using a schedulers out of Myrtle Beach that does their scheduling. Unfortunately, the company needs to reasses a BEST PRACTICE model on scheduling so the customers and plumbers will be happy.

Both service men were kind, efficient, thorough, and explained in detail to both my husband and myself what is currently happening with our system. Josh gave several scenarios, options and suggestions, and set up an appointment today with someone from ARS to talk with us about options. We are confident in working with ARS to provide quality products and service. PS The someone mentioned above was Ben, and he more than made our day. He was knowledgeable, clear, and articulate, and went above and beyond to help us make an important investment for our health (big mold issues), and our home.

I want to extend my appreciation to my technician Zachary Snyder. He was, without a doubt, the most professional technician I have had service my unit since being your customer, which I have been for many, many years. His level of expertise and knowlege is apparent. His attention to my questions and his level of respect and politeness was exceptional. I am not sure if your company has a incentive program that rewards technicians for their service, but I would hope that he is rewarded professionally in some way for his efforts at my home this morning.

Logan Tyler

The electrical wiring in my house was contracted to these guys by Centex homes. My house has almost burned down multiple times due to their terrible electrical work. I'd only recommend their services to someone you want dead.
