Absolutely disgusting service ... turned up for my 2pm appointment today, on time , only See the car being pulled out and then they let someone else take it. I sit around for 45 mins no explanation. I then get told he has no appointment at that time and they believe they sold it. No apologies just we can call you if he can’t secure finance. What a lack of professionalism, courtesy and respect. Totally the worst experience

Mike handed us the keys to a car worth a few hundred of thousands saying “you are a good customer we thank you, and the paperwork we sort out later”. This is how we have always experienced dealing with McCarroll’s. Their service goes alongside the quality of vehicles sold. Outstanding on all levels! (But Tell your people in Modena to copy the onboard electronics from Mercedes Benz-the Italian stuff is a bit temperamental at times).

Nathaniel went above and beyond to explain in-depth all models Maserati has to offer and to identify my needs and wants in a sports car. I was also assisted by Mike who presented a great amount of knowledge about the cars and gave great advice for my decision making. These two gentleman were very lovely to talk to, and made the process very enjoyable. After owning many luxury vehicles I can say this was by far the best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend you give this dealership a visit.
