Worst attitude in customer service I've experienced. Brutal. Said thank you 3 times not one your welcome and literally rolled eyes when I came up to the register and bought food. No excuses.

On the road all day and actually was using Waze to get me to a Tim Hortons and seen Pioneer Energy first and then Tim's. Perfect location for gas and necessities and then lunch next door at Tim's. Great gas prices and friendly staff.

Credit card would not work at the pump, but worked fine inside No paper towels in any of the garbage containers AND no access to a washroom to wash my hands during COVID19. When I mentioned all of the above to the attendant, she said , I know I mention it to the owner and he says we don't need it. Wow. Never stopping at a Pioneer station again. Can't imagine when the last time they cleaned the pumps etc, never mind the out of service washroom.

Rude lady at cash register went to buy my husband smokes and brought the wrong I D .she treated me like I was a inconvenience and told me she could not sell me them if my I d was expired .I did go back to my car and to get the new one but didnt know my expired I D effected my age lol which is 28.wouldnt have even bothered me if she wasn't so rude about it but she acted like I was a waste of her time and I must say it wasn't busy all. I was the only one in there. Wont be giving them business again
