Nathan and his team did a great job at helping me with my Jacuzzi J235 hot tub. I needed a part and thankfully they had it in stock! Not only do they carry a wide range of parts for your hot tub, but they also have a HUGE selection of pool and spa supplies. Nathan was very knowledgeable at which part I needed, and helped with explaining the best way to change out the part. Their prices are competitive to what you'll find online, so not only will you get a great deal, but you'll be able to get certain parts the same day! If you're looking to buy a hot tub that comes with superb customer service and help with maintenance, these are your guys!

Really love these folks. They learn you by name and add a personal touch to service. I regularly test my water with them and purchase my pool supplies from them. Called them to discuss pool estimates, they said that they only will do in the office, so I drove 45 min to do this, of course they would not schedule an appointment only walk in. I told them I was looking for someone to do this around Feb 2021. They said that I would have to come in, before anyone would discuss further. When I got there they told me they were to busy to discuss with me, and did not have time for building a pool for another year anyway. Thanks for wasting my time.
