Christian Riser and his team are the BEST OF THE BEST. The health and safety of the staff and the clients are of the utmost importance to this team, and they made it well known. Every precaution was attended to, and carried out. On top of all that, they offer the very best of services and really care about their clients. My every concern was addressed. The products are top notch, consider yourself blessed to have a wonderful hair team on your side. I left feeling beautiful and empowered. Thank you to the Artisinal staff. A few weeks ago I had my hair colored, trimmed, and blown out by Natalie. With very long, medium-thick hair, this was no simple feat. Natalie took her time and was very patient and delicate with all of my long hair. She listened to my requests, made great conversation, and put together her own mixture of colors to brighten and add bits of light pink throughout my hair for some added fun. Once I got home, at first I felt like the color was a little darker than I had thought it would be. But, after another wash, it was definitely as bright as I had hoped for! I absolutely love the natural tones and little pieces of pink which are blended together perfectly. Thank you Natalie for a wonderful experience!! I'll be back soon!

I like to call Roy a miracle worker! I have extremely thick and coarse hair, and a lot of hair stylist seem to be intimidated by it! Roy takes it on and he is so amazing. Every time I leave, I am so happy with my hair. There hasn’t been a time that I left and didn’t love my hair. He’s literally the best hairstylist I’ve ever met (and I’ve been to many hair stylists). Something else I love about Roy is that he and I have conversations the whole time he’s doing my hair! He’s just so easy to talk to and just such a fun and outgoing person along with being the best hairstylist.

I had virgin hair and went in and got a peach color done by Lori! She was super fun and friendly and the environment was welcoming. Lori educated me on products used, techniques used, and also helped me decide on a suitable color! All other employees gave off a warm and welcoming energy as well and the experience overall was very enjoyable for my first time ever dyeing my hair! Lori made me laugh and shared a lot of insightful comments that made the experience even better. In the past, I haven’t been able to find a stylist I truly enjoy and Artisinal changed that for me. I will definitely be coming back, if anyone is still unsure of visiting it’s 100% worth it. In regards to Covid, the place is very clean and they follow all protocols necessary making it an even more valuable experience! Thank you to Artisinal and Lori for allowing me to experience something fun and new :)

Roy is a very kind and professional. Was late to my appointment due to snow and and street parking issues. He waited for me patiently while I drove around to finally park at a garage. Did a great job of coloring, styling and cut. Def will go back to this place. Would recommend specially for Asian hair!
